Jared Mastroianni is the executive vice president of modSTORAGE and 21st Century Storage. He leads efforts to redefine the self-storage industry through AI integration, automation, and advanced revenue management strategies. He aims to enhance customer experiences while optimizing operations across all facilities. In addition, as a trustee and lead strategist for the GM Family Trust, Jared Mastroianni develops real estate investment strategies focused on building long-term wealth through strategic acquisitions and property management.

Mr. Mastroianni has built a diverse portfolio of leadership experiences throughout his career. He founded Aspen, Colorado based Mastroianni Holdings, a private equity firm specializing in acquiring and revitalizing underperforming businesses, which helped him sharpen his skills in strategic planning and operational efficiency. Jared Mastroianni successfully acquired and sold businesses across several states with some notable start-ups including Colorado Closets and Blinds and Express Carpet & Duct Cleaning both servicing the Aspen, Eagle and Western Slope areas.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Mr. Mastroianni remains committed to philanthropy and community service. He founded Veterans Motel, a nonprofit organization that supports veterans with housing, meals, and financial aid as they transition back into civilian life. Jared Mastroianni assists them in navigating their reintegration process and accessing essential healthcare and mental health services. In his personal time, he enjoys mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs and engaging in business consulting.
